Merchants Quay: Developed the Bridge Street corner into an amenity site.
Limerick Memorial: Complete restoration in two phases.
St. Munchin’s Graveyard: Clean up and repaired headstones.
Finbanker Cannon: Restored and placed outside King John’s Castle.
The Potato Market: Developed for civic use.
St. Munchin’s (C. of I.) Church: Restored for civic and cultural use.
The Bishops’ Palace: Complete restoration of the building.
St. Michael’s Graveyard: Restored as a public park.
Irishtown City Wall: Johnsgate section, phase 1 – restored the full length of the existing wall and landscaped its environs.
The Crescent: Restored Georgian features and floodlit the buildings.
Georgian House: Complete restoration of No 2 Pery Square .
Demi Culverin Cannon: Cleaned and mounted on a new carriage – now in situ at King John’s Castle.
The Coach Houses at the rear of No. 2 Pery Square: Restoration of these derelict outhouses.
